Privacy Preview

A. Current preview behavior

This preview site is a static marketing and portfolio preview. It includes a preview Contact form that visitors can see and type into, but the form does not submit anything.

Values entered into the preview Contact form are handled temporarily in page and component memory only. They are not sent to ServiceHarbor, not stored in a backend database, and not persisted when the visitor leaves or refreshes the page.

Navigation and page requests are handled by the hosting platform as part of normal web delivery. Server access logs may include IP addresses, requested URLs, browser type, and timestamps. Those logs are managed by the hosting provider, not by a ServiceHarbor-owned application server.

• A preview Contact form exists; visitors can enter project details.
• Submission is disabled; nothing is sent to ServiceHarbor from the form.
• Entered values are held temporarily in component memory and are not persisted.
• No cookies, analytics scripts, or consent tooling are installed.
• No backend database for inquiries exists in this preview.
• Hosting provider logs are outside ServiceHarbor application control and should be reviewed in the final processor inventory.

B. Planned production inquiry flow

A future live Contact page is planned to collect project inquiry details and send them to a professional inbox. The design intent is to avoid building a custom application database for routine inquiries.

Planned fields are likely to include name, work email, company, company website, trade, team or company size, current CRM or FSM, main challenge, budget range, preferred timing, and additional details. No phone field is currently planned. Final fields, purposes, and legal basis will be documented before launch.

• Inquiries are planned to be delivered to a professional mailbox, not stored in a custom database.
• Submission handling, anti-abuse controls, and failure recovery will be implemented before the form goes live.
• No automatic meeting booking or calendar integration is planned at this stage.

C. Planned processors

The following providers are under consideration for the live inquiry flow and hosting stack. They are not currently processing ServiceHarbor inquiries.

• Cloudflare Turnstile — possible anti-abuse challenge.
• Resend — possible transactional email delivery.
• Google Workspace — possible professional mailbox destination.

D. Decisions still required before launch

Before this page becomes a live privacy policy, the following items must be confirmed and documented.

• Approved legal and business identity.
• Actual deployment platform and processor inventory.
• Working privacy contact mailbox.
• Final form fields, purposes, and processing basis.
• Retention and deletion rules across mailbox and providers.
• Rights and request-handling workflow where applicable.
• Cookies, analytics, and consent assessment.
• International data-processing considerations.
• Policy activation date and final owner/legal review.
